Representation in Salary Arbitration
For many players salary arbitration represents the first time a player can make significant money attributable to their on field contributions.
To be eligible, a player must have less than six years of service time and either have three years of service time or have two years of service time but less than three and be among the top twenty two percent for cumulative playing time for his position.
In the event you find yourself eligible for salary arbitration our staff of attorneys will utilize their experience to build a compelling case on your behalf. We prepare for your arbitration cases well in advance of any hearing and routinely provide clients with analytical reports drafted by statisticians who routinely prepare salary arbitration reports.
With our hard work and preparation you can rest assured, knowing that our arguments will reflect the value you bring to your time and justify the contract you receive for the following season.
